Ishmael Kwame Asibon
Cofounder
Director of Ghanaian Programs & Services. Leads SYEEC's partnerships and program delivery across Ghana's Central, Western, and Volta Regions, connecting local schools and community leaders with SYEEC's education and exchange initiatives.
Florel Fraser
Board Treasurer
Public-sector finance leader with 20+ years of experience. Oversees SYEEC's budgeting and program accountability, bringing two decades of public-sector financial leadership to ensure every dollar is tracked and every program stays sustainable.
Latonia Burke, B.S.
Board Secretary
Columbus community leader and mentor. Serves as Call Center Supervisor with CCS, and brings that same steady, people-first leadership to her role guiding SYEEC's board and community relationships in Columbus.

Board Member Liaison
Educator and nonprofit leader, M.Ed, B.A. Brings more than 20 years of experience across classroom teaching and nonprofit program direction, supporting SYEEC's board members and helping shape program strategy.
